无铅焊锡即无毒无污染的绿色环保焊锡

无铅标准源自欧盟在2003年2月13日颁布的《关于限制在电子电气设备中使用某些有害成份的指令》,即通常简称的RoHS (Re-striction of Hazard Ousmaterials)。 无铅并非专指焊锡中铅含量应低于RoHS规定的1000ppm以下,其中还应该包括RoHS规定的其他类有害物质。以往大量使用的锡铅焊锡,因为含有铅而被严禁使用。目前,国际上使用的无铅焊锡种类有数种,最常见的有在高端产品中使用的锡银铜焊锡、在较低端产品中使用的锡铜焊锡等等,因此,无铅焊锡是此类不含有有害物质的绿色环保焊锡产品的统称。

目前来说低Ag含量的无铅焊锡产品是世界各国研究SnAgCu焊锡的发展方向。近年来低Ag焊锡层出不穷,如SnAg0.3Cu0.7此款焊锡,只添加了较少量的Ag,虽然大幅度的降低了成本,但是其可焊性能还是较差,并不属于传统SnAgCu焊锡的范畴。

条状无铅焊锡
ANT对于低Ag含量无铅焊锡的定义为高品质焊接要求而提供高性能的无铅焊锡产品。TA2002焊锡属于全新的SnAgCu系列焊锡,其可焊性与SAC305产品相当,而其原料成本价格只有SAC305产品的85%左右。在保证产品的性能的前提下,充分的降低了材料的成本。
